Thinking about signing up for my first shop with them. Do they pay via Paypal or do they need bank account info? Oh, and do you like them? Anybody have issues with them? Thanks!

At the present time it would appear they don't pay either way. Many shoppers are waiting for past due payment.

Very good to know. I'm already finding them kinda fishy. I requested a shop via email and it took a long time to receive a response. I finally did receive a response and they assigned it and said in the email it would pay $50. But when I log in it's only listed at $17. Pretty big difference Gapbuster.

I haven't had any issues with Gapbuster payments, and I take their shops since they are places I'd go to anyway. So, if I don't get paid, it won't hurt too much. I also won't do a shop if the agreed pay isn't on the board, and I'm really clear about that.

At the moment, I only take a shop a month and then wait to see if payment comes in before accepting any more.

I just signed up with them today. I will follow the advice of just doing one shop until I get paid, if I take anything. I am already annoyed by their welcome email that says I have to complete training and certification. Hopefully it's not too time consuming.

They probably won't steal any money from your account, but if you write your reports like you wrote that post, they also won't be depositing any money into your account either.

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.

I have to believe that that is not a serious poster who actually completes shops...

We've had quite a few people come through here writing like that and trying to get us to take them seriously.... unsuccessfully.
