Anyone know when Confidential Consumer pays? I've been waiting and the scheduler does not email me back.

Anyone know about DSG? I get calls from them, but it sounds shady, so I haven't called back. If it's legit, then great!
They are legit but they often outsource their calls. I've called them and told them I don't want the calls because I can't understand the caller, so I don't get calls anymore and just check their board.
Do you have a link to this spreadsheet posted v./s. time takes to create? Would be helpful long range.
Does anyone know what day Norton Norris pays? I was approved for a completed shop in augist, was told I would be on the pay schedule for before the 10th of september.....still nothing....and id like an exact date. I know they pay previous months shops in the next month. So if i did a shop May 2nd, i wouldnt get pay until sometime in June....but ????
I have them down as the 10th but received my payment on the July 7 for a June shop. The last three days have been a holiday weekend. If the money wasn't transferred on Friday I wouldn't expect it until the next business day at the earliest.

Is it typical for Confero payments to take so long to show up on PayPal? I show a payment was made to PayPal sometimes on Monday from Confero. It is still not showing up in my PayPal account. Their shopper payment rules say it can take 5 days to show up. I've never had a PayPal payment take so long that I know of... What's the longest anyone has had to wait for a payment to post on PayPal from Confero? I emailed them yesterday asking about it but no reply yet.
See Level HX (formerly Beyond Hello and Mystery Researchers). The 15th of the following month after your shop is completed. They will pull back if your do not do the shop correctly and will not pay the shopper. Very difficult company to work with. Do Not Recommend.
I have not worked with See Level HX (formerly Beyond Hello and Mystery Researchers) yet. Does someone update the original post with updates we post here? I do not see SeeLevel on that entry. Here is their pay schedule from their site:

GETTING PAID

Question 2: I did a shop during the FIRST week of the month. When will I get paid?

Answer 2: If your shop turned out great and was accepted, you'll be paid on the 15th of the next month. IE: If you completed a shop on January 10th, you'll receive payment on February 15th.

Question 3: I did a shop during the MIDDLE of the month. When will I get paid?

Answer 3: If your shop turned out great and was accepted, you'll be paid on the 15th of the next month. IE: If you completed a shop on January 17th, you'll receive payment on February 15th.

Question 4: I did a shop during the END of the month. When will I get paid?

Answer 4: If your shop turned out great and was accepted, you'll be paid on the 15th of the next month. IE: If you completed a shop on January 27th, you'll receive payment on February 15th.

Question 5: When I do a shop, how will you pay me?

Answer 5: In order to pay you as quickly and easily as possible, SeeLevel utilizes PayPal for all shopper payments. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one HERE. Additionally, the account must be yours, as we will verify name and contact information prior to finalizing all payments.
I did a shop for See-Level on August 22 in which I had to spend $350 on eyeglasses that were sent back to them. I still have not received my reimbursement and got a score of 10 on the assignment (and have an average score of 10 as well). The scheduler told me I would be paid on the 15th of October when I inquired last month. I asked again last week as well. I received a PayPal payment today for the shop fee of $25, but not the reimbursement of $353 owed to me. Am being told that the accountant is working on it. It really makes me furious that they expect reports in twelve hours, but don't hold up their end of the bargain. Not happy and do not plan to work with them again.
Debbie,

I don't like to hear this at all. It is a big ask to have shoppers put their hard-earned money on the line and reimbursements should be TIMELY every time.

Please email nicole.monturo@seelevelhx.com and let her know you need help and that I sent you her way.

I can't promise an immediate resolution - but I can promise you we'll give it the immediate attention it deserves and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Thanks for your hard work.

I have done quite a few shops for Seelevel and I actually like them. My only issue with them is that they do not account for emergencies before issuing citations.

I am waiting for the next exciting opportunity!
You are doing a lot of work putting this list together and maintaining it. You could have done a lot of shops in the time you are spending on this. I personally do not see a need for it. Most companies pay 30 to 60 days after the shop. Some faster some not so fast but you always get paid if you do a good mystery shop. I just make note of the extremely long payers, which are few.

I have worked with See Level for many years and have never had any issues with payments. Read the guidelines and follow to the letter, submit all requirements and a correct report. You will have no problems with receiving you fees.

I appreciate the work! As for always getting paid, that's unfortunately not true. There are companies that force you to chase payment, whether it's "stretching" the payment terms or waiting for you to inquire.

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.
Anyone know IPSOS current pay schedule?

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

CRG - Within 30 days of report being finalized.

I was just told an hour ago in an email:
"The checks are normally mailed in the 3rd week of the month following your visit." They pay by paper check.

Also, again they have had "an issue," and the checks did not go out the third week of November, but December 1. Of course, I had to follow up on it. Again.

Right, and they clearly don't have maps of the states. My city is on the far eastern end of the state, but they asked me to shop a location 6 hours away on the far western end of the state, then another location 3 hours north of that one! And when "Sioux" was pronounced "Sy-ox," I about lost my coffee through my nose...after I figured out what she meant.
I get you there. I like in Alaska, and was asked to do a shop 547 miles away in one direction, and another 928 air miles away in the opposite direction. No road there. They offered me a whopping 150.00 for distance pay and pretended not to understand when I said it would take 1700.00 to do both shops. No notice airfare, car rental and hotel are not cheap. She called me a greedy @#$%&. Go figure.
That's kind of rude. If you don't find the information valuable that's fine however there's no need to insult someone else. I appreciate the list especially as a new shopper, I want to know which companies pay quickly and their method of payment. Everyone doesn't feel comfortable providing their info, so working with a company that pays via paypal saves you the time wasted during the registration process. And vice versa if you prefer a standard check.
I have done 4 shops for See Level. I received a 10 out of 10 score on all four. There were done the first week of Jan 2017. Their site states today - any shops done this month (and are processed/approved) will be paid on the 15th of the next month. Therefore, I am hopeful I will be paid on Feb 15. I did two auto shops and two restaurant shops. The auto shops were great - and actually the restaurant shops were not so bad. The hard part: is the minutes and down to the seconds for timing on so many areas in the restaurant shops. It makes it almost obvious we are shoppers because we are constantly watching our watch, timer, etc. Also, I found that we are to look for managers at the restaurant shops - I actually went past the shop timeline because I finally asked to speak with a manager - they are never on the floor! If you do their restaurant shops go at the beginning of the time frame or you may go past the time limitations. I am still new at this - not complaining...just trying to figure it all out. But back to See Level - I have enjoyed the four shops I did with them. And obviously they like my work, scoring me 10 out of 10 on each of the 4 shops! Yippee!!!!!! smiling smiley
Hi everyone!

I was hopeful that someone could give me info on when and how Maritz pays. I have done many shops for them (like 20 in the past 2 weeks). I have called them: I spoke with 3 people and got 3 different answers. I finally asked for their payroll/AR/AP department for IC's ..I had to leave a message but never got a call back. All the shops have been approved and no longer appear on my current shops list and I invoiced all of them. Just cannot get a straight answer as to when payday is. One guy told me, it is the following day after they approve your evaluation. Others have said it would be the 15th of the next month, another said whatever you finish by the 15th you will be paid by the 30th of same month, another said last day of the month following the shop, and so on. I just do not want to continue to do shops for them, if they do not pay or they are not reliable. Thanks so much
I am wondering the same thing. I completed a shop for them back on 11/7 and still have not received payment. I have send several messages and not received a response. I will try to call them and see if I can get an answer.
Thank you for this information and for taking the time and effort to provide us with this information.

I know the feeling. I get job offers, mostly via email, for assignments in other parts of Texas. I get that in a lot of the country, it's not that big of a deal to go across the state for a shop. In Texas, you can drive for three or four hours and that gets you just from Houston to San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, or the Louisiana state line. It's frustrating to only be able to search by state on some sites as I still have to ignore quite a few locations.
I have done some work for DSG the last 3 to 4 years, and I have never had any problems. I would probably do more work for them, but they don't have a lot of work in my area. Their payments fees are on par with other companies, but their reports are pretty easy. They do pay a little slow, by check. It takes 6 to 8 weeks, depending on what time of month the shop is completed.
