A Shop Score of "1"

Every time I swear I will never do another shop for Intellishop, I break down and do one. Such was the case last week because I really felt like that submarine sandwich.

Today I looked at their job board, and in the process, discovered they graded the shop a "1" with apparently no reimbursement. There is no explanation whatsoever and it has been six days since I completed it.

I've done this shop several times in the past. It went off without a hitch. I have zero clue what is wrong. I have emailed the scheduler but don't know if they will get back to me or not.

They are correcting it!!! I'm glad because I could not begin to imagine what I could have done wrong.
Maybe they got confused with all the soccer madness last week and were using the 1 as in the chant You're #1!, You're #1.
I just had some serious concerns with Intelli proofreader #4. I had to go above and beyond my report. I will explain this at another time. I was given a really tough time. I stated that if I ever did another shop for them I would not do it with this editor. It was way past reasonable. I usually get a 9/10 for their shops. I wasn't concerned about the score, I was more concerned about what the editor put me through. I believe that we the shoppers have to contact the correct person. I am not sure who it is yet! I am still working on it. I was put through hell about my assisted living shop.
shopper 8---I just had a similar experience with another editor there---also not about the score, but about the follow-up--which s included in my original report but she seemed to need to edit it out and then ask for explanations....yes, it was a bit of a unique situation, but I emailed the scheduler about it and put an explanation in the report about the goofy details.....which answered every question she asked me to follow up on (I guess I am assuming it is a she). I'm done doing those types of shops for them. I have 9 or 10 ratings with every company I shop for, including I and even though I still have that rating there, it's just not worth the extra time for the lowish fee....
They must be having a bad week. I got a nastygram today threatening to give me a 1 and not pay me for not reporting on time -- a report that has to be held 5 days waiting to see if the subject contacts me.

The scheduler said the nastygram went out in error and apologized for it, but the comment and threat is still on my board.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
Oh come one Intelli-shop has awesome editors that make no error nor delete any negative narratives. Oh and they also make sure to edit within a week of every shop.

Sarcasim aside, I also keep saying I will not do another shop for them however I must be part sadist and keep going for that one shop that is bonused and easy to do only to find the shop difficult with bad service and the editors deleting my negative reports until I cave and put only the good service in - hey the person was in uniform (leaving out dirty, wrinkled, pungent). The associate was cleaning the counter - leaving out that it was with a dirty rag that was just on the floor. The associate handed me my food - leaving out that they just picked their nose. The associate smiled... during a crying and screaming fit. You get the picture. The best by far was being told that I didn't try hard enough to get an associate to talk to me mind you the associate never asked for my information. I was looked at, asked what brought me to the dealership and the associate walked away from me. When the associate came back, I was handed a set of keys, told which vehicle it was and then abandoned. Mind you, I had parked down the road since there was no parking in the dealership and my ID was never taken or asked for. When I came back from the test drive the associate asked me if I was going to buy. When I stated I wasn't sure, the associate again walked away. But hey it is my fault that I never interacted with the associate!

Taking a deep breath and wishing you well with this company.

Just lost trying to find a fire pit in a concrete jungle wishing it was a wooded glen...

if it wasn't for bad luck, I would have no luck at all
I had a prob with them this week too….. got a nasty gram and a citation….. it was their mistake though…. It took 4 emails to get it removed!
Ok, I just checked my shops, and I received a "1" for a gas station shop that I did on 07/03/14. Is there a phone # for them, or email address? When I click on the "help" button it is no help, LOL.
Never mind....I just found a link. I'm hoping this was a mistake on their part. I'm not sure how I could have messed up the shop, I've done many of these in the past.

Phone calls go to voicemail.
