This was truly a fun shop. A lunch room in an ivory tower type building. The executive chef and her assistants all running around looking very dapper in their chef uniforms. I got there after lunch service, which made it easy to move around the coffee service area and evaluate.
Instructions weren't clear on temperature taking. I wasn't sure if it should be in the brewer, but that seemed unsanitary. So, I poured three cups from three brewers. Didn't seem polite to throw them away, so . .
I uploaded my letter just fine. Then, a picture was required was by the time I did my shop. Took pictures, but media upload wouldn't allow anything after the letter.
