Has anyone used mobile apps for Mystery Shopping ? Or heard of companies that are using them ?

PerformaLogics, Sights on Service, and Trendsource MSI all have apps.

There is a new one coming, Presto INSTA-Shops, for finding and reporting SASSIE shops, exit interviews, and audits.

I used one for Secret Shopper. It was okay but I had to drive a block away until the location service built in to the app would say I was there.
