I'd like to know too, and the resolution. Leaving it up could help someone else out.

No kidding! I'm so nosy, that it's always annoying when people do this! Not that it happens very often.

And I'm just teasing, not being mean, by the way. Just so it's all clear and whatnot. smiling smiley

Six replies to a deleted post with no subject.... SMH......

I had been watching it go from "Deleted" with one post to "Deleted" with six posts. Then your name appeared, so I just had to check it out.

This could be a fun thread. Just a big blank canvas waiting for paint. A plowed field waiting for planting. A construction site after quitting time with the nail guns left out and the keys to back hoe still in the ignition. Woohoo!

My regular job made me go and take photos of a construction site the other day. I took a second person for backup as the workers were not that happy.
I like snow.

First of all, my "mature" self wants to make a momentary appearance and say congratulations to the OP. With that out of the way, to elcarev68 and scanman1, I say absolutely! Ab-so-lute-ly!!!

So in keeping on topic and true to the "Deleted" title of this thread--which, of course, is always my first priority--I was attempting to come up possible things I could say, which would or should be deleted and, well, my brain almost combusted from the potential choices. smiling smiley

So let's just leave it with me semi-agreeing with techman. I love snow, too....on TV.

I wish I could delete the comments from Intellishop. Points were deducted becuase your grammer is worse then a 5th grader. Lol
Not sure how to take that. Are you quoting from one of their comments to you? Or do you not know how to spell "because" and "grammar" and don't know that comparisons use "than" not "then"?

Time to build a bigger bridge.
I was trying to be funny but I do get hit for grammer and from reading other post I am not the only one. It use to bother me but I just do the best I can.
Never can have too much snow!

I give up.

I finally cleaned out my sand filters yesterday! I should have taken a picture, because I always get marked down for that.

After living 11 yrs in a state where the earliest blizzard in history was mid-Oct and the latest blizzard was mid-May, I decided you can indeed have too much snow. Seven months of potential blizzards (not just flurries) was just too much ... for me anyway.

Now I live where we have had snow only once in 7 years. And that bit of snow was flurries that didn't survive falling to the ground.

I have no interest in shoveling snow again in my lifetime.
I hear ya.

In NW Ohio, typically, we had snow on the ground from December to April. One winter, we had fourteen days of double digit temps below zero. Dead birds and squirrels were in our yard each day. Schools were cancelled, as it was too dangerous to transport the students.

Then, we moved to the Carolinas. Here, when there is a hint of snow, schools and churches close. Grocery stores sell out of water, bread, milk, and eggs, then close. Everything comes to a standstill. There is not money in the budget for road-clearing equipment.

I like it here bettersmiling smiley

What does Grammar have to do with it. Leave the old lady alone. She don’t know how to speak good English. (I know i am going to gets answers to this but I just had to do it because I can not believe this subject requires a comment but here I am...commenting?) Did I break enough rules?
As my grandmother told me, long ago:

There once was a little girl who was playing outside her house when a schoolteacher came to visit. The schoolteacher asked, "Little girl, where is your mother?"

The little girl said, "She ain't home."

The schoolteacher asked, "Little girl, where is your father?"

The little girl said, "He ain't home neither."

The schoolteacher said, in a very stern voice, "Little girl, where is your grammar?"

The little girl said, "She's upstairs in bed."
