I have heard of Market Force deactivating shoppers when family members signed up. It may be that they used the same computer though as mentioned above.
My husband and I are both signed up with MF and we both do shops for them all the time. We've never had a problem, although we do sign up from different computers. He usually even signs up from work, so it's a completely different location.
I think some had problems using the same computer, if I'm not mistaken.
Me and my wife was just deactivated today with no reason given. The only thing I could think of was she canceled a shop and then they called me to pick it up the next day. It never even showed on my board because I was out of rotation. They called me frequently and I never fudged a shop. My wife had just began about a month ago and we do not use each others computers.
Update: Come to remember that my wife had used her computer to log into my account a few times but never for illegitimate reasons. Sometimes I would need something while doing a road warrior trip like I accidentally double printed a work order and therefore I did not print the one I needed.
Does anyone know how to get back in if you have been removed? MF was a staple company for me. Really sucked to lose them.
