MarketForce site down?

Just tried to submit my report for a casual food shop and it seems as though their site is down. Anyone having similar issues? My internet connection seems to be fine with other sites. I sure don't want to go beyond my 12 hour window and not get paid, but I'm sure not going to stay up all night trying to submit. I did mail a message to the help desk, so I hope that covers me.

I can get in. Try another browser and see if that works.

Strange - I was using Chrome and that's what was not connecting. Changed to IE and all got submitted successfully. Thanks for the quick replies, verification and suggestions.

I debated whether or not to start a new topic, but we have enough threads on Market Force, so forgive me for hijacking this one a bit. I have never screwed up a Market Force shop that I can recall. That is, until tonight. Long story short, I did the wrong type of shop. I did an in person shop that should have been a phone shop for a famous fast food joint. I emailed the help desk, but I wonder would you report it anyhow, or wait until you hear back? I prefer to wait, but I know they can be sticklers.

I would have just tried to reschedule it, but I had opened to report it and don't have that option now. I didn't realize my screw up until I got flagged in the report. I simply exited and sent the email. I still can't believe I made such a stupid mistake (I've been at this 6 years!).
I did something similar to you.

I did a drive in instead of a drive thru and I noticed my error when I started filling out my report. I saved and exited the report and drove 80 miles to redo the shop. I came home and continued with the report, changing the time in and that.

Can you not do that? Exit the report and do it again?
When I went back in, I found I can reschedule. I am going to hold off since I already emailed the help desk. You made me feel a little better. At least I only drove 15 miles round trip!
I just heard back. I have rescheduled for tomorrow. I suppose it could have been a much more expensive mistake.
nhgirl, I shopped the wrong location, and by going through the questions on the report, discovered my mistake. I used the back button on my browser, and backed myself right out of the report. MarketForce's initial questions give the shopper every opportunity to discover any errors, and self-correct. Hopefully, the Help Desk replies promptly and doesn't cost you a ding. Why do these things always happen on weekendssmiling smiley
Great! Glad it worked for you. I once did a Chinese quick shop as a dine-in - but discovered on returning home and starting to enter the report that it should have been a drive-thru. I deleted the dates and times and edited, then rescheduled and did it correctly. We all mess up every once in a while!
Edited since web site is working.

@nhgirl, I have been shopping for 8 years with MF and somehow managed to upload the wrong receipt for a FF. QC notified me and I u/l the correct receipt - not sure if that is a ding on my record or not. First time I did that. We are not perfect!
