Their English is terrible and they stonewall any questions about pay. Last year I did 5 fast food places because if you did 5 before a certain date you would get a $25 bonus. I never got that bonus. I emailed many times and they did not even have the courtesy to reply to the emails. Not once. And their app puts the crap in app. Have you ever had to deal with Amazon's customer service in India? It is on the same level. And their web site does not let you see if the shop was approved, nor how much the expected pay is. So if you do a few shops it is difficult to figure out how they arrived at the pay.
I was thinking about Gapbuster today. Let's say you were having a heart attack and Gapbuster manned the 911 phones. The call would go like this:
911: How may I assist you?
caller: I'm having a heart attack.
911: How may I assist you?
caller: How about sending an ambulance?
911: Is there anything else I may assist you with?
caller: You haven't assisted me yet! Have you sent for the ambulance?
911: Please sent us a photo of the heart attack so we may reimburse you.
caller: SEND THE AMBULANCE
911: Is there anything further we may assist you with?
