Shop in 'completed' status, not "received" status from Ath for 2 weeks

I completed a multi-month (open a credit card, buy an item, return an item, request customer service, etc.) shop with Ath consulting on Oct.3 and submitted the last part of the requirements (a mailed to me bill from the company being shopped). The first portion of the shop was received by Ath and commented on (positively) by their editor back in July. But it's been two weeks now since the final submission, and the shop has not moved from "Completed" status to "Received", nor have I had any other feedback.

Is this normal for Ath. I've only done a few other (simple) shops for them, and this was not an issue.

I'd just like to know that everything is "OK", or get feedback to make corrections. Am I being to impatient?

Thanks!

It's normal for Ath. I have never received feedback or questions. If it says "Total" under the fee in your shop log, I believe you are good to go.

Hi Denny,

No, I don't think you're being impatient, especially if you're a worrier like I am. On the other hand, a few months ago I had my highest paying shop e-v-e-r (for any company) to date, languish in "Completed" status on Ath's Shop Log for two or three l-o-n-g weeks. I checked it at least once a day. I was worried because the banker skipped the whole sales routine, so there was nothing to report, except the fact that he did n-o-t-h-i-n-g. When it was finally processed, everything turned out just fine. Life was good. smiling smiley

I think the big complicated multi-part shops just take longer to finalize because they're putting the whole package together. They pay well, so they are going to want to be sure the client accepts the results and the client will want to be sure they got the shop they are paying for before they approve it.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
Thanks all for the feedback.

I e-mailed Ath, and their reply was that their Executive VP was out of town on business, and that the shop would be reviewed this next week. Wow, didn't realize it took an Executive VP to review a shop! We'll see if something really happens this next week . . .

Thanks again!

They are dead serious about these shops. That's why they set high standards for their shopperssmiling smiley
Anyone actually get PAID on any of these multimonth ones? I am in the waiting pattern on this one too....started in July and have done all the steps. Have gotten 2 message from their person to complete parts that don't show up on my questionnaire, so I've had to email her the answers back. Now shows as RECEIVED but her questions are still not removed from the sidebar.
Hi challa--same here. I received a phone call requesting more information (items not on the questionnaire), as well as an e-mail and comments in the sidebar. I complied with the additional requests, and did receive a "Thank You" e-mail. The shop is now in RECEIVED status, but no indication of payment. Depending on what date they choose to say it's closed, payment would be in either December or January. (I think they basically pay 6 weeks after the shop is completed.) So, assuming I do get paid, this will be a 5 or 6 month cycle from start to payment.
I remember one inquiry letter, where they questioned about the "Money Changer Machine..(MCM) ...(don't want to give the real name of the machine here, which could give away the client) They told me the client said there was NOT a "MCM"... I told them there WAS a "MCM" and if they wanted, I would be happy to go back and take a picture of it. The editor said no need, they believed mesmiling smiley

That was the only letter I ever got from them, for well over 100 bank shops for them.
Mine was in that status for several weeks too, now it is showing received with a Total, so I'm guessing everything is good and I will be paid next cycle.
