Gapbuster Kodo app

Anyone used it? I have a shop tomorrow that is supposed to use it, but when I click on Search none of my scheduled shops appear.
I don't want to travel a long way only to have it not work.

Edit: I entered my email etc. in it and one shop appeared.

I don't have data on my phone. So if I used WiFi at home to download the app, I assume it wouldn't work when I was away from WiFi, so I passed on those shops.
Ugh. I checked before I left and the shop was there. When I got there, I could not sign in to the app, even though I was entering the correct info. I tried many times, including logging out and trying again. I ate the food then tried again. This time I could log in. I was using the correct info both times. But now the shop had disappeared! I checked before I set out and it was there then. It was not there when I was there. I checked both Home and Search. It was not there. I tried many times to find the shop. It is still not there.

I took the photos using my phone and will enter the report as best I can. As I was on the way home, within the 3 hour time frame of the shop, they emailed me asking me if I was still going to do it! How annoying. Let me get home at least. I replied that the app did not work and I would put the info in the report. I asked if I would be paid. I received their reply which did not address whether I would be paid. They asked "How may we assist you". Double ugh. Get someone who speaks English clearly. I had just told them everything. I said they can assist me by replying to my question as to whether I will be paid.

I looked up reviews of the app online and they are atrocious. I'm cancelling the other app shops I have with them until I've been paid for this one. Warning, don't use this app, it does not work.
Well, thanks for the review. I have used so few apps, this obviously won't be a good place to start.
I just got an email from Gapbuster just now, 6 days after the shop, asking for a photo of the store entrance. I had already sent them two photos of the outside signage. At no time was I asked for a photo of the store entrance. So either that question was in the app or they are really going for an Olympic gold medal in contortionism for the purpose of not paying.
