The usually beging posting the next month's events right about now. However, they do not all post at once. It usually takes several days, starting in the thrid week of the month, for the following month events to fully appear. When they are adding a new client, those events may not show up until well into the month in which they will be due.

I received an email stating that the shops will be posting around Oct. 23rd, but I see that there are already a few hotel shops scheduled in November. I don't understand.

Sometimes a hotel shop gets flaked or rejected close to the end of one month. Then a shopper who may have signed up as a back-up for that job may have it assigned for a date in the following month. That has happened to me as a back-up shopper, more than once. Many hotel shops are due on a quarterly basis, so this makes sense in terms of due dates.

All I see are some misc. hotel shops.

I have noticed the few hotel shops they have around here being posted early. I think it is because the ones nearby (150 miles) where I live are in areas the regular tourist crowd does not go to...so it means if you do one of them you are doing it because you either live nearby or are passing through or perhaps you have friends or relatives to visit. So it might take a long time to find someone fitting the bill. There is no monetary pay beyond reimbursement either.

Those shops were properly posted for this month but the shopper requested the scheduler to do them later. I have done that before and got it approved. Just a guess.

According to the home page announcement, November shops should start to post today, Thursday, October 23. There is always an announcement on ACL's home page noting when the next month's shops will be posted.

They are being posted now. Keep checking the website periodically to see the updates as they are added to throughout the month.

Ok, I have been checking consistently since November 23rd and all I see is one restaurant with "Call-ins". I have been checking state wide almost every 45 minutes. However, more and more shops are showing up as being assigned but they never showed up. When I say I am checking every 45 minutes that is putting it mildly! I live with my laptop on my lap!

Is there a reason I can not see them??

The first two shops in my area finally showed up yesterday and had already been assigned.

Shops are beginning to show up here. Each client provides its info to the MSC on a different schedule, determined by the client, of course.
