Odd Market Force Error

I reported an entire food shop and at the end received this message: Exception Message: Exception caught on: EXEC /*CLDB5*/Mshop..xp2_CreateWaveRecord @AssignmentID=12483810, @UserName='Shopper *****' (removed shopper ID) and was told to contact the Help Desk, which I just did.

My reason for the post is to ask others if they are having issues reporting Market Force shops today? Also, I notice the shop is still available to report. Would you wait to hear back from the Help Desk before attempting the report again?

I reported one for them 2 hours ago, no problem. If it still lets you, I would try to enter it, again. I have a feeling it won't let you, so you will have to wait for the help desk.
Not today; but I have had issues in the past, even when using Internet Explorer. I can't recall if this was the same exact error I received.

Anyways, I just inform Helpdesk on the issue, and try again later. Helpdesk usually replies with their acknowledgement on the situation, regardless if I was still having issues or not.

nhgirl1970 – Just to double check, are you using Internet Explorer? If you're not, try this internet browser. Personally, I hate Internet Explorer and use Google Chrome, but since Market Force states that IE is their preferred browser, that'll be the first thing Helpdesk will ask you, whenever you're having issues with accessing their portal.

Market Force prefers IE now? For some reason I thought only CORI/Stericycle/Expert Solutions pushed Internet Explorer. Luckily my few reports for them work okay with Chrome.

I received a similar error a few months ago when filling out my report, and I refreshed the page and it was all good.
I used Chrome. I was told to try the report again. Despite saving it at my end the first time, I had to start all over, but it went through.
I had similar problems last month. I would get to the end of the report and submit it, it would come up like I didn't answer half the report. Needless to say I was less than amused as it happened to me 3 times.

I now save the report every other page or so...

O.o o.O

I save every couple of pages too. One time, the internet connection went off. I almost died, but my pages were saved! Phew!
I have to switch to IE for MF. Normally I use Chrome.

I'd screenshot that and send it to the IT department or whatever relevant place.

I did do a screenshot. All I got from MF was to redo the report. It wasn't difficult, but aggravating to do more work because of their error. I had been saving the first time, but it was all gone when I went to redo it.
