Coyle payments slipping?

On parts of their site they say they pay by the 25th of the month, but they haven't been doing that for a while. Then it slid to the last Friday of the month, then the end of the month. Last month, I got paid on the first of the following month. I've yet to be paid for the shops I did in September and it's now November 3rd. Coyle has me run up some pretty damn big charges on my card while working for them: I'm not waiting for $7 to reimburse me for a take out hamburger, but thousands of dollars I lay out on their expensive meals.

"13. When do I get paid?
If your report is accepted, you should receive payment (check total/reimbursement limit plus fee) via PayPal the last week of the month of the following month. In order to get paid you will need a PayPal account. Coyle does not send paper checks. PayPal payments will be sent to the email address you have registered with Coyle. If you do not have a PayPal account linked to this address, please sign up now at www.PayPal.com."

That means October shops get paid at the end of November.

They've been moving their payment dates out further and further since I started with them in the beginning of 2014. Why do you think this is?

EDIT: I should also clarify: I'm waiting for payment for my SEPTEMBER shops.

why dont you contact them and ask where it is.

Maybe they are having a cashflow issue.

The problem is when they have a "cashflow" issue it becomes the shoppers issue since they are fronting the $$$ for the shop. I do not get the option to change the payment dates on my credit card even if I am having a cash flow problem because they expect to be paid on time. Just as shoppers expect their MSC's to pay when it is expected. Too bad they cannot be "dinged" for not following their contracts.
When companies start this it makes me nervous because the accountant in me says they're having cash flow problems and I've already been burned once by a MSC that went under owing me a lot of money.
Before we start speculating about cash-flow issues I think we should hear from the OP as to when they contacted Coyle about the issue and what the response was.

Their front page shows they changed to the end of the month in March.

They are not as fast as some, faster than others.

Whom did you try to contact, when and how, to find out where your payments are?

I received payment for September shops last week.

Email is a better bet with accounting. I was paid last week for September shops, so good chance your payment was missed if you haven't received it yet.

Email the support address and you will get a response.
So I emailed support and they forwarded my issue to accounting. Accounting now claims they never received my W9 even though I sent it to them (and the evening when they asked for me to send them my W9 I was out doing a dinner evaluation for them, so I couldn't get it home until late). So apparently it's a paperwork issue, not them slowing down on payments. Still haven't been paid though, even though I resent my W9.

Yeah. They asked me for an updated W9 on the 29th of October and I asked if the one I had with them was current. They said they wanted another one just to be sure, and I told them I would have to get it in to them late because I had a dinner for them scheduled that night. I scanned the W9 and sent it to them first thing I did when I got home that evening but they must not have got it.
I finally got paid today. Never thought I'd have to hound Coyle of all companies for my money, but at least it's over.
They must have seen you were talking about them winking smiley

That and I was harranging them pretty much every day.
I just did my first restaurant shop for them. They said it wasn't detailed enough. Now I am not getting paid for the shop AND am not being reimbursed for the meal which unfortunately I will have to fight about. Not sure what the timing would have been but it sounds slow to begin with.

Nope. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because of the holiday, but I don't like that it seems to be their standard practice to pay at the beginning of the month after they promise to pay with.
I am concerned as well - I had a shop I completed on 9/30. When I was not paid by the beginning of November, I e-mailed them. They said that since it was processed on 10/1, I will be paid with the October shops (by end of November). Now the end of November has come and gone and I still haven't gotten my payment. I sent them an e-mail about three hours ago, but I am antsy for a response.
I have a shop with reimbursement from October that is on a November statement that I'm waiting on as well. They have always been reliable in the past so I will give them the benefit of the doubt.
They responded and said October shops will be paid today or tomorrow. I hope that is the case with mine as well.
I got paid today. I think everything was correct. Did you have a problem with your payments being an incorrect amount?
I was paid and mine was correct.
