Shadow Shopper is not a mystery shopping company. When you sign up with them, you are signing up for access to the many companies who post their jobs on their website. Even though you are at the bronze level, if something appears to be of interest, you can always contact the scheduler for that company by replying to the email that you receive. You can then get further details about the assignment and choose to apply or not apply without further consequence.
