Does anyone have a way to contact MSPA? I signed up for the Gold Certification course and received the DVDs. I cannot access a portion of the test and have made several attempts to contact someone with no luck. I'm not sure if I'm looking in the right place to find a contact number for support of the certification courses.
Doug Rector, President of Northwest Loss Prevention Consultants, has always been my go-to person. He is on the MSPA board and he reads and posts here on the forum. You can PM him, dcrector. He always answers and is very willing to answer questions and help.
