Frontline Focus

Frontline Focus should definitely be avoided. Carrie-Ann Kroll was so eager to contact/communicate with me when she wanted to get assignments done. Now, she totally ignores my emails, ever since I enquired about monies that were owed to me. I am still in a battle with this company, after several months of completing stipulated tasks. Stay away!!!!!!!

Reading through some old posts since 2009, it seems this company has had a lot of payment problems beyond their just their slow payment schedule.

There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.

Hi Angel,

I am from India. I've done about 25 audits in the month of Nov & december combined. I was in contact with Teresa who was also eager to contact me when assignments were available. Now she totally ignores my mail when I ask when I'll be getting my payment.

Earlier I used to get payments from them when they had company in India. Now they are contacting us directly from Phillipines where there HQ is located. We have only have phone contact. Don't know what to do.

Maybe I'll contact MSPA and BBB [Better Business Bureau]

Hello,
I am from Bahrain.
I am also not paid by mystery shopping from Frontline focus for my shops from June.
I did almost 100 <pizza place> visits since June until now but still I am not paid for all shops.
Can I get email of Toni Rim or Grimaldo Ortiz from some one please??

The same thing happened to me.

I'm from Korea and I've done 3 audits total in September 2014 and I haven't got paid!
I've been contacting the person in charge like crazy but he's been ignoring me.

So I'm staying away from frontlinefocus.

A total of 6 posts so far in this thread. 3 out of 6 only have one post to their name; a 4th has 6 posts. Seems weird that they would all have one post and all post something negative about this MSC.
