In the past, I had complaints about some MSCs, and this week, I had one day that EVERYTHING seemed to go wrong. I wanted to give kudos to Jamie at Mercantile, Deanna at Ardent, and Kassie at Intellishop for helping me to stay on track with overcoming issues on shops. I won't go into detail, but this year seems to be starting with issues, and it is great to know we have schedulers and MSCs that are ready to help where they can. I have had assistance from others, but these three stand out. Since we are willing to complain about the bad, we should be able to point out the good!
