Lots of things seem to be going wrong this year,

In the past, I had complaints about some MSCs, and this week, I had one day that EVERYTHING seemed to go wrong. I wanted to give kudos to Jamie at Mercantile, Deanna at Ardent, and Kassie at Intellishop for helping me to stay on track with overcoming issues on shops. I won't go into detail, but this year seems to be starting with issues, and it is great to know we have schedulers and MSCs that are ready to help where they can. I have had assistance from others, but these three stand out. Since we are willing to complain about the bad, we should be able to point out the good!

Ive had great experiences with a number of folks at these companies, very responsive and fun to work with under positive and negative situations.
