I had a great experience with Customer Impact this week. I don't shop for them often, as they have only one client in my area and the shop has a 120-day rotation. Anyway, I signed up for this particular restaurant shop to be completed the week before last. I completed it and entered my report online the same day, but apparently I never submitted. Six days later, I logged on to see if my report had been scored and was super bummed to see it listed as INCOMPLETE. I wasn't sure if it had been returned to me for clarification or if I had not submitted, but either way, I had not received an email telling me it was late (or that there were problems and it had been returned). I submitted right away and emailed the scheduler. The next morning, I got a scoring email from the editor, stating that I had been given a 9. She did tell me that, unfortunately, she had to deduct $1 for each day the report was late. I was bummed, mostly because I never got notified that the shop had not been submitted. I emailed the editor and the scheduler to express my disappointment, and they kindly removed the pay deductions and changed my score to a 10. I totally appreciate them giving me the benefit of the doubt.
