I tried signing up with BestMark after reading great reviews about the company. Have been with one company doing mystery shopping for about 6 months and I really enjoy it. Recently decided to branch out to a few others. When I was finished with the online application, it did not submit. I clicked "submit" several times, but the page never went to a new one nor did I see any kind of verification message in my email. I also tried logging in with the information I received from the application with no luck.
I contacted them about the issues with my application, and was really shocked to see this message this morning! "As you were removed for fraud, we will not be contracting with you as a mystery shopper in the future."
I'm hoping to remedy this, but am really shocked! I am only assuming something must have flagged me because of multiple attempts to submit the application? But, that is more a technical error and nothing close to fraud.
I responded and requested an evaluation of my application - can anyone give guidance, advice?
