Okay, Bill, I get it that you're showing the shopper was deactivated over a juice/bottle of water/senior drink fiasco and the subsequent filing of a complaint with the BBB.
Hey, I'm all for everyone having their day and getting their way, but I'd have to go all Dirty Harry and here's the Q I would ask myself:
Am I willing to give up the future stream of revenue from this leading company because of a dispute over one shop fee/reimbursement, WHICH IS EXACTLY what will happen if I file with the BBB? Not very likely.
And Bill, we get it you're mad at Market Force. We understand you had some kind of problem and y'all couldn't/didn't work it out to your satisfaction. It happens to all of us some time or another with someone or another. You'll feel better if you pick up and move on. I saw that big pay check you posted, and YOWZA I'd be cooking too if I messed around and lost that.
What you're doing to Market Force on this forum is being observed by other mystery shopping companies and taken into account as to how they look at things. I'm not sure you want that, but maybe you're ready to leave this field of work entirely and don't care. Anyway, I know you know this. I guess I'm pointing out the negative possibilities of this kind of attack for the benefit of newcomers to the business who don't realize this kind of behavior affects more than the relationship with one MSC. I know you already understand this but sometimes newcomers need a little encouragement to keep everything on the even up and not let the see saw slam down on one end into a rock pile.
But what's done is done, and certainly after the thrashing you've given them here it's done forever. You can't make it any worse than you've already made it. Sorry it happened but we can't do a thing about it and here's hoping you can put it behind you soon.
