After reading here, schedulers are free to discuss posts from our forum and individual shoppers on their forum. Schedulers regularly share bad experiences with shoppers with other schedulers. A shopper could really make a name for herself by being the subject of a vent on the schedulers forum.

Remember that we can vent on this forum and schedulers can also vent, sharing the name of a shopper with whom they have had a bad experience.

You should take a hard look at how you talk to people yourself. That is without doubt part of the problem. It's easy to compare you to a two year old throwing a tantrum. You've thrown several (though at a mediocre level, none spectacular). That way of doing business may have worked elsewhere for you at another time, but it will not work here in this business now.

I totally understand what you are saying but I highly doubt this is her career path or main source of income. She is probably doing this for fun or out of boredom. I honestly don't think anybody can make a career path out of this, unless you're some kind of housewife that has nothing else to do but occupy your time with meaningless things.

M Davis from reading this forum I think you misinterpret the intent of the posting. You might want to take a seat, maybe several and really reread the original post. I do believe that there is a certain way one must conduct themselves in an email and clearly I believe the scheduler did not do so. Also I feel that your comments are very rude somewhat @#$%&-ish. Telling someone that they are throwing a tantrum over a lost report when the post is obviously is about the email received from the scheduler. I would hate to receive an email like that. To be honest I feel like you the one being a child here. Move on. & May the force be with you.

Excuse me. This is not nuclear fission but nonetheless I'm pretty serious about what I do. I pay attention and try to give good value in exchange for the opportunity to work. I've got to ask, jessiebaton, what is your career path? And is this something meaningless you do to occupy your time? And OMG housewife. I haven't heard that word in decades. I cannot ever at any time in my life remember being referred to as a housewife. Do you have one of those dictionaries of the language of long ago?

Obviously you have been living under a rock and spend most of all your time shopping if you haven't heard the term "Housewife". Since you haven't heard that word in decades I'm assuming your probably my grandmother age which is 77 but then you would still have known what that term meant. Google it. Im pretty sure about a handful of shows will pop up too. That way you can have an idea what a modern day housewife looks like. =)

jessiebaton, yes the OP has been throwing tantrums because the MSC told her/him they did not receive his/her report. Of course it is about the report not being received. Of course the OP did not like the communication. Why else would the OP be here complaining about the treatment received?

I don't see anything wrong with the communication from the MSC. They made straightforward statements they did not have the report. They did not say the OP is a liar. The OP said they said the OP is a liar, but the MSC did not say the OP is a liar. They said they do not have the report. They know whether they have the report or not. The OP apparently has no confirmation number as one has not been forthcoming. That's because the OP does not have one. Because there was no confirmation number. Because they didn't get the report. Because for some reason, we will never know what, the report did not go through. It happens. It's disturbing and it's a loss but it's not a catastrophe. It doesn't mean anyone lied. It doesn't mean anyone is to blame.

As to whether I am childish, that is your opinion. It's okay with me for you to have that opinion. I don't feel childish and I'm not prone to raging fits, but hey that's just me. You know what they say, all of us have one. Me2.

And welcome to the forum. Have fun, and don't talk about MSCs and clients in the same thread.

Interesting to have such detailed comments from a new forum member who only registered at 9:43. After making five identical posts in the Intro area (although not one of those 5 posts actually introduced herself), she hightailed it here to comment on the OP's thread. She certainly looked over the forum, scoped out this thread, and read it very fast.

Interesting opinions. Despite the popularity of some trash TV with housewives in the title, it is actually a word that went out of fashion quite a long time ago. Personally I don't know any woman married to their house.

Would you care to share your background in this business, the one that allowed you to develop the narrow minded opinion nobody is making a career or a living from this business? Since I find the housewife reference somewhat insulting I have to wonder about the opinions of all the men who are successfully running mystery shopping businesses.

It seems that you are a bit offended that I down Mystery Shopping as a career. I'm sorry. I forgot how people nowadays make anything into a career, like stripping. I put in QUALITY work for these companies and that can be proven by my shop scores (i'm not bragging AT ALL, just saying). If a company does not want to work with me because of my post and find NOTHING wrong with the way the emails were communicated to me by the scheduler, I don't want to work for them anyway. I am not attacking you or anything. I appreciate you telling me that.

What is your definition of a career path? I've normally heard that in reference to employment at a company rather than self-employment.

What is a career path? Is that some kind of job trail? Like going from job to job and throwing out bread crumbs in case you need to backtrack? Is that a career path? That's a new one on me. I never knew I was supposed to have one of those. So that's my problem, I never knew about career paths. Are those new? How new are they? Am I really supposed to have one? Will I find it in the back pasture, down by the cow trail? Or is it more likely to be in town, on the concrete? Maybe it's out by the college. I'll bet that's it. I'll bet those kids out at the college think they're going to have career paths. Chortle Chortle.

As a full time stripper housewive (aka Domestic Goddess), I take offense to Jessiebaton's rude comments about my career path of choice. Strippers make a ton of money and it helps to put me through college.

This happenned to me once and called them. I found the shop in the incomplete status at the time. That was on their old site though and I'm not too familiar with the new dashboard.

Beware of any post that starts out with "Beware". Just saying.

I would like to add a comment for any newbies who may read this thread. Second to None has never been anything short of professional and easy to work with, in my experience. They have answered all of my questions quickly and have always paid me on time, every month. And in my neck of the woods, the bonuses can be pretty hefty.

I have never had an issue with this MS company. I have used the new updated system a few months ago and it is much simpler. However, as with most I always write down the confirmation number and the time it was submitted. Research would be very hard to do without it. Just like any work I do always double check, even then errors occur since we are human. No need to get heated, systematic responses may seem 'impersonal' but they are far from unprofessional or rude. It is what it is and efficiency is key in any business, including ours.
