Has anyone gotten their payment from the check run dated 11/20/09 yet?

No, but my first check I got from them arrived 22 days after it was supposed to have been sent.

No, but it would be nice to have it before Christmas. I'm used to ATH doing this though. Why, just recently I did a pet study for them at a store that did not have anything for dogs or cats. I told them this and now they won't pay me for the shop they sent me to do, stating that I didn't tell them what dog and cat products were for sale. Hmm well considering all the place sold was fish and reptile habitats, there wasn't exactly any dog or cat food to be found. Just another reason for me to distance myself from that horrible company.

Perhaps you should have mentioned they had tropical fish you suppose could be fed to a cat . . .

Ludicrous. Presumably, the client asked for this particular location. If they didn't know cat and dog products were not sold there, they would now. If your report was shared . . .

And how do I argue this one anyway? ATH never even notified me that my report was apparently "unacceptable." I simply found out by checking in my shop log that they had noted it as a blank report. Umm.. yah, the pet food spots were blank because they didn't have any. However, I wrote a paragraph explaining why. Oh and the shop was 30 miles from my home. Yes I had other shops in that town but still... I took the time to drive there and walk through the store.

ATH is a horrible company to work for.

I'd argue it and then as you say, distance yourself if you choose. On the report, were N/As available in the drop down, or was there a place to mark N/A for the dog and cat products? You wrote a paragraph. Yes, it would be nitpicking from them, but they noted it was a blank report.

I finally got my check today!

So it was marked "paid" on 11/20 and received on 12/10. Twenty days between 'paid' and 'received'. Ouch. May I ask when the job was performed?

It was a bunch of shops done from the first of October thru the 15th of October, they pay 30 days from then, and I left it in my van, but did not see when it was postmarked.

I've done tons of assignments for ATH.. It's one of my favorite companies because I get so much work from them. There usually is a ten-day to two-week time lag between the posting date and the date that the check actually arrives. In fact, I called ATH on Dec. 8 to see whether the checks for the 11/ 20 posting actually did go out I was told that the staff was off for a few days around Thanksgiving and that delayed the mailing of the checks. I received my check on Dec. 9.

Yeah, that seems to be the norm with them as long as I have been working for them. I am now waiting for the 12/4 cycle to show up.

They owe me money for a few shops. I better start emailing. I had to have to chase after these companies.

I also have to shops that have not been reviewed. How long does that take?

how do ath pay anyway I forgot I really need to white down how people pay and when. I like getting paid paypal how about you.
thanks denise my payout date says 12/21/2009 does that mean it will be Jan. 12 when I get paid.

ATH pays via mailed check.

I am probably in the minority, but Paypal is my least favorite way of getting paid. Bank direct deposit is my favorite.

I just read the forum Happy New Year's everyone but back to the subject at hand although they are very slow in paying they do pay. my scheduler and I have always respected and understood each other which is a nice place to be with your scheduler by the way:) I am currently waiting on a posted 01/05/2010 payment to come around at least that's when it was posted!

I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's only been 9 days. I'm sure it will arrive any day. I've waited over 20 days for one once.

I have two shops with 12/4/09 and waiting for payment. I filled out the online payment request.

I don't mind paypal, in long as I get paid.

I've only been paid by them a few times. I've gotten it within 10 days of the paid date, and another time it took 26 days.

My shops are 12/4 and 12/16; the only ones left I did not get paid for in 2009.

When waiting for payments from ATH,do not rely on the payment to feed your family. They are so internally screwed up that one person does not know who the other is. I sued them and got paid in full over $500 but that is not the way it is supposed to work. Would you take a shop knowing that you have to go to court to get paid.

I noticed my early January 2010 shops were marked paid 2/21. I guess I won't be paid until March

Got a check yesterday for work done in December. The board says paid 02/05 but I got the check 10 days later.

I've done bank shops for ATH. In one case, the staff was behind the tellers' counter & the branch manager explained their checking accounts from there.I faxed her card and entered the facts on my report. Only after 6 weeks when I'm asking for payment am I told by ATH that the shop was rejected because it was not conducted at her desk ! For two other shops I have not been paid after faxing and refaxing proof of my shop visits. I helped their scheduler by doing shop after shop. She rewarded me with bonuses. I was not able to enter a shop because I needed emergency medical care, called her from the hospital, ATH downgraded my rating.I had a banker tell me that for security reasons she doesn't do on-line banking, I note this and while I got repeat phone calls & e-mails to explain this shop. I have not gotten any answers to my questions and to this day do not understand what went down. My requests for shops are always ignored. Good riddance! No more guilt tripping phone calls, no more poorly constructed forms,no more incorrect addresses and most important no more begging for what is mine.

I have not had any problem with getting or reporting shops. The only problem I have is getting paid on time. Schedulers do everything by email. Once in a while, you might reach one on the telephone.

I have done about a dozen shops over a span of few months. They took time, but they paid for all but one. What really upset me was that I tried contacting them through their contact link twice and got no answer.

The shop was supposed to be a drive-thru teller shop. When I got to the branch, it did not have a drive-thru, so I just did a regular teller shop. I suspect that was the reason I wasn't paid, so I decided to let it go and take a loss on this shop. But what really bothers me is getting no answers. I just hate it when you send an e-mail to them and it gets ignored!

Well here I go again after swearing them off this is something that I started out MS with so if nothing more but for old times sake I'll kick myself later~ Anyhow they said that they are going to give heroine's badges if we pull them out of this mess? Backed up shops, I will believe it when I see it:( PS: They are slow as molasses but you will get paid!
