I am just as happy having the hard copy for my paper trail file to attach the receipt to. Printing with a laserjet is really inexpensive, especially when the paper was reimbursed by a shop and also by full or almost full rebate :) and the toner cartridges usually develop an 'issue' like lines or other defects before they are exhausted so are replaced N/C. Yet even at that my printing for shops in 2009 was only about 1200 pages for about 800 shops.

I want a piece of paper for every shop, and will attach my POV to it. I want a hard copy. Paper cost is nominal, or free if I use recycled junk mail that's been printed only on one side.
I don't have a laserjet which is less expensive for printing, but much more expensive to buy than an inkjet. And, I need color printing, so stick with inkjet.

I've done several shops for ICCDS and have had absolutely no issues with them. I've always been paid in a timely manner. When ever I log into their site, there is always new shops available to me. They're not the best company I shop for but they are one of my favorites.

I've never had a problem with ICCDS. They do contact you though when assignments are available in your area.

I like ICCDS also. Whenever I am required to make a purchase, I always return the item.

Did anyone else get the ICCDS email about the movie theatre shop with -0- compensation? This is the first time I've seen a reimbursement only shop for them.

Yup. It kind of smarted that it was an 'up to' for an itemized list. No question about the 'up to' being enough that I know of, but I prefer knowing that expenses 'up to' are what is covered with at least an X, a Y and a Z purchased.

It's 24 Hours later and the movie shop is still there. We may be without the kids this weekend, so it might be nice to go to a movie. I'm hoping they add a fee.

I got E-mails or phone calls from ICCDS regularly and did many shops for them : high end retail, sportsclubs, supermarkets, quick food grocery chains, sports clubs, sat in diners for hours evaluating insurance reps & submitting lenghty reports for $20. Then nothing...the last shop being 1/24/09. In January 2010, ICCDS resurfaced and while I've applied, I keep getting " the shop has been assigned to another shopper" E-mail, already?- often after a 1 minute lapse between E-mails. I don't have time for these games, do you?

I haven't figured out their pricing scale on shops. Some shops seem like a piece of cake, easy, with easy reports .... then for the same - or less - money are a couple that I think are so low I won't do them. They have several shops that pay $12 and require a purchase and return. No way, as far as I'm concerned. I did do their movie shop Friday. They pay for one ticket, small popcorn and small drink.

I haven't had any problems with them, but I don't sign up via Kern. I actually wait until I get the emails from them and sign up that way on their website. So far no payment issues and I pretty much cover 3 main stores for them every month.

Ah, I just did the movie shop, but there was a very small fee attached, not just reimbursement. I have NEVER had a problem getting paid with this company. Not thrilled that they seemed to recently decrease the "drink" shop though. From my experience with this company, it *appears* that if you are consistent with them, they start to offer things through email that aren't available on the general board.
