How to get an assignment

Sigh....I have never had this problem before. I applied for several shops with Beyond Hello (not the mall shop, one with multiple locations available). Heard nothing, so I assumed that they were filled quickly. Just saw another request with a bonus attached to all.
When I went to re-apply, it said that I had already applied.
I do not think that I am "black-listed" as I do several shops successfully for a variety of MSC per week.

Any idea why this would be? It is not a particularly lucrative, nor sought after type of shop, so not sure why I am being ignored.

Thanks!

Same with Bare. I applied a few days ago and am still waiting. I will wait until tomorrow and then click "delete". sad smiley
That's when it doesn't hurt to shoot an email to the scheduler and introduce yourself, especially if you haven't been awards a shop after a couple of rounds. From there, you can try and learn what the scheduler looks for in a shopper. In my past, I've ran into a couple of schedulers who like when new shoppers break the ice with them.

See if that works for ya!

I am not allowed to go into details but from an inside source, there are major issues with scheduling ever since the merger. Emailing a scheduler at this time probably will not do any good at this point until they work out the bugs. I just deleted my 11 pending applications that have been sitting there for at least two weeks.
I was wondering about this also :/ I applied for a few and haven't heard anything. How do you delete your application with beyond hello? I didn't realize you could do that. I'm still trying to figure some companies out, im a newbie smiling smiley

On the main Shop Log Page, click "My Apps" at the top of the page. It takes you to the Shopper Scheduling page and shows you the status of all your applications. On that page, you can delete any application you choose.
For all Sassie companies there should be a tab titled "My Apps." If your application is still there you will find a button to delete. If it's gone and not in your log, it's been assigned to another shopper.

What AM said. And you will not be penalized for deleting an application. You only get in trouble if you accept the shop and don't actually perform the shop, aka flake.

Not necessarily. Part of the scheduling problem is that they have not been removing pending applications even after they have already been assigned, performed and submitted by another shopper. The system is not automatically removing them so someone has to manually go in and remove the pending applications. There has to be an easier way.
I only addressed the shop being assigned if it was gone and said the app could be deleted if still visible. Any app left hanging while the shop has already been assigned is either a glitch or the scheduler is keeping apps on file as back up without us knowing we are just back up shoppers. Deleting apps will take care of that problem.

It is a sneaky way to keep fees down IMO. You apply on the 7th of the month, the shop is assigned one or more times and all of a sudden you are assigned the shop on the 24th at the fee in your original app. If there are no apps the scheduler is going to be sending out fresh notices and savvy shoppers will know the due date is fast approaching easing the way for bonuses to be approved.
