Corporate Research is where most new shoppers start, so I suspect most everybody has at least looked at their jobs. The tests are a PITA. If you have tried it a couple of times without passing, contact them and send along a list of the answers you are trying, such as 1. a; 2. c; etc. Sometimes they will tell you "You got #6 wrong." while other times they will just send you a list of the current answers.
I do a lot of jobs for CRI. My advice on the test is open another tab on your browser. That way you have the test on one tab and you can go back to read the instructions on the other tab.
I do the same thing, with all the tests everywhere, but generally the tests are pretty mild. I get tripped up by the SI ones usually.

Ugh, yeah, the SI ones are rough.
I don't recall the last SI test I took or whether we're advised of incorrect answers. I know CoRI's tests don't. Recent bad experience there. That's something I'd ask Santa for - All incorrect MSP test questions get so-marked as we go, or after we finish. Then we can go back and research to answer correctly. The intent is to train and prepare us to do a shop. Not spin our wheels and waste not only our time, but that of a scheduler.
