Email that my contract has been terminated

Hi everyone,

I received an email from Gapbuster that my contract has been terminated. No explanation why. i received a call from them earlier in the week for a far shop, and declined. The woman on the line was barely audible, and I had to ask her repeatedly to repeat the shop details before I realized it was too far. I'm scared she asked me if I still want to shop for them, and I said no because it's too far. What should I do? I still want to keep working for them, but haven't taken a shop in a year and a half. Could that be the reason I was terminated? Thanks in advance!

I'm confused. Your thread title says that your CONTACT was terminated (meaning your scheduler) but it sounds like your actual post is saying that your CONTRACT has been terminated. I don't work for Gapbusters but aren't there several threads in the forum about major payment issues with them. This termination may be a blessing in disguise.

You still want to work with them but haven't done a shop in a long time. That might be the reason.

They recently sent out an e-mail stating that unless you updated your profile (or something like that), your account would be deactivated. Since I had not shopped for them in a very long time, I never updated my profile. I assume I am deactivated at this point.

They phoned 3 weeks ago, Gapbuster was desperate to have a shop completed that is an hour drive from where I live.
I told them you pay what you owe my wife since last August and I would have done it. They assured me that they will take care of that so call, miss payment. I told them, pay her and I will do the shop. My wife still waiting for that payment.
