There is a master list out there but I don't exactly know what the website is.

Here is a sign-up form for Prophet that they distribute or make available to all Prophet MSCs.

I'm not sure why exactly, but that link really does not sign you up with all Prophet companies.

No, it only makes your information available to the companies that use Prophet 4. You still need to sign up with them individually and accept their separate ICAs.
