They didn't even try to reason with me, they just deactivated it. I was willing to talk, they were not.

If you enjoy being treated like that, stay with them. "As for me and my house"....we will move on.

Am I the only person here who regularly barters with retail shops? Any big ticket items sale price is a starting point. I always ask for an additional discount when shopping and usually point to the lowest online price and ask them to match it.
If that fails, I ask them to throw something in. If I'm buying a big screen TV, maybe that wall mount can be thrown in to seal the deal. Always ask for the store manager if you get a deer in the headlights looks from the sales person, or they say that nothing is negotiable. ***This is not MS shopping for me, it's just how I shop.***
I have even gone to a discount grocery store (not on a shop) where I have shopped. They had three frozen pizzas left from a "Special Buy" (Limited time offer item) that was in the discount case. I had already had one and liked it. It was better the the Botox man's pizza. There was no yellow price tag. I saw the store manager and showed her that they were not priced and told her I'd buy the last three and save her the effort of even making up a new price tag, if she'd give me a good discount. She didn't even blink before she said $1.99 if you buy all three of them. They were $5.99 when they first came in the store.
Another way to get something for next to nothing is to offer to buy a crushed/torn packaging item. If the contents are still sealed and good, they will almost give it away to get it off the floor. Think $4 item for 50 cents. This is great when there are like 3-4 smashed boxes of great cereal that the main box was crushed when they came in.

It depends on how long ago you had the problem with them. From some of the other posts and messages I've gotten, it appears things have changed. They may have gotten a new editor who is not so forgiving. It's like one poster on here said, he's worked for them before, had no problem. Recently he had one incident happen and they deactivated his account. MSC do get people into positions who are not very good at it.

Whine, whine, whine, you sound like my stepson that is on disability. He isn't even competent enough to stand trial. But he says that other than that he is OK. Can't keep a thought for more than 10 minutes has to be closely supervised if you tell him to do something. The world is full of A**holes get over it. Live up to your expectations, or down if you think a 7 is good. I only know of one MSC that will keep you for awhile if you don't improve past a 7, But that is because they have so many shops to get done each month they do not complain too much. But they only let you get away with it for about four maybe five shops which take's about a year unless you have multiple vehicles.
