When on the website on that page, the back button works at this point and then just click on another choice on the left.
The hard part is when you answer that phone call and it says "California" on the caller ID and you know it's the international call center. I stopped declining the offer and punch the address into Google Maps and see the distance and time and give them a number that is acceptable to me. If it's the other side of town, it will not be acceptable to them.
I know I wont get the job, but the counter offer gives me a great feel for what the highest they are willing to pay for that client at this time is. Then if I get a call the next day for a location that is on my side of town, I have a better idea where to start the negotiations.
I did a back to back shop at a peanut oil filled location that was a call in order and then a web order in a matter of two weeks. The web order does not allow you to pay with the app for that location, so it's a dead give away that your a shopper when your order is for a simple order. I made the order more complicated to make the app ordering seem more reasonable. Sure enough, they did something really stupid to prove to me they didn't know I was the shopper.
