As of now, I am so ticked that I will most likely quit Marketforce movies. I have completed several assignments for them and have been paid. The issue is how archaic and disorganized they are. I have had the same issues but my assignment yesterday just finished me off with them.
To begin, the instructions are never clear and frequently contradictory. For example, I just did an assignment that said to take pics of every item regardless of compliancy. Then in 2 other places in the same packet, it said to only take the pics if the item is non-complaint. WTH. I called and confirmed it was only for non-complaint items. The person seemed unsure and read the same damn instructions to me before saying it was a mistake and I only needed pics for non-complaint items. So of course, today I get a call asking me to upload all pictures of the compliant items. I reiterated my previuos conversation and was told, "I am sorry it was confusing for you." Sorry dude but it was not just confusing to me. I took pics to be on the safe side but seriously??? To finish it off, I went back to upload them and found out I had to redo the entire report. I called the guy back to ask why and he said it was their policy to have shoppers re-enter all data if there was a pic issue. Ugg!
And my last reason for being completely irked by MF, the website never works properly and you have to keep logging in. They ask you to confirm the movie that you will be visiting but the link never works. Good luck knowing if your report went through okay because after you hit submit, you are logged out and that is that. All of this for ~$10. Thanks...I needed to vent.
