It's hard to respond without more info. How much time is involved? Shops are assigned once per month. Orphans can be requested anytime during the month. It may take several weeks to get registered. Ardent is the most responsive MSC I work with. Not sure what email address you are using but if you PM me with your location I might be able to give you the email of a scheduler.

I received an email from Ardent hours after completing my training class. The email contained the direct deposit form. I filled it out, emailed it back and within a few days I was approved as a shopper. I can't comment on getting paid for the training, as this is really the first month I've done shops for them.

That's weird that you're not getting any replies from them.

Yes you do get paid for training - but it takes awhile to kick in. Email them again or call them. I have found them responsive when I had a question. Payment takes awhile if you are brand new- I had to ask them about my pay but I was paid immediately after I notified them my payment had not been made. It may take a month or two for the shops to kick in- they normally only give you one a month unless you ask for more (IF they have more shops to offer.) They only assign shops once a month. This is a good company to deal with- the shop times are very flexible and the schedulers are very responsive and courteous. It is a long hill slog/epic and very narrative intensive shop though- be forwarned winking smiley.
