NSS - April Payment

Has anyone received their April payment for March shops from NSS? My log says that a check was mailed on May 6, 2015 but I still have not received it as of today (May 18th.)

Thanks. The money is not really a big deal. I just hate the extra work involved in tracking down "lost" checks. That is why I so much prefer DD and Paypal.

Yea, I get that. When I started signing up with all these companies I was really surprised with how many companies still do paper checks.

Still no check. I finally got in touch with the accounting person. There has been a stop payment put on the original check (they waived the fee) and reissued a new check as a rush. It appears that the USPS has lost the check in the shuffle.

Oh no! Hopefully the new one comes. I think all companies should go to at lest paypal :/

TIP: When the new check comes, call and make sure that the check number is for the second check, not the one that was cancelled. If you deposit the one that was stop-pay, you could end up with a bigger hassle. Not that I would know, of course. winking smiley
