Judith Gill at Summitt Scheduling

Experience? Feedback? If you prefer, PM me.
Edited to add: I have no problems with her but she is new to me and just wanted feedback before committing to a very complex, and expensive, shop.

She is the owner of the company and I have known her personally for years. I worked as a scheduler for her years and years ago (and I liked her and still do). I have completed many shops for her since she branched out on her own and started Summit scheduling. I have never had one problem. She also shops so would understand any type of shop.

Hope that helps.
She is terrific, very nice, helpful and understanding if you have any issues or questions.
I'd like to say that all of the feedback, both PMs and open forum, has been very positive.

Judith is wonderful to work with. Very honest and straight-forward.

Arguing with fools is like playing chess with a pigeon...
...No matter how good you are, the pigeon will s@^t on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

Not scheduling for ANY company.
Judith is amazing. I've had the pleasure of scheduling through Summit for four years. She is a great resource and is highly respected in the MS industry.
Hi Joni. I miss you. I give a big shout out to you too you know. You are the best.
My experiences have not been overwhelmingly positive. She has not always been responsive when needed. Also, she emails availability of urgent shops with due dates that are history. This has happened often enough to make it memorable. Impossible to schedule those shops, and I choose not to spend my time chasing her down.
She is a class act. I can't think of a better testament than to point out how she handled this smarty-pants shopper who went off the rails:

( Edited to add that you do have to slog through a lot of bad noise to get to her responses, which begin a third of the way down under the username "Summit Scheduling." )

Dear "Mert" - I don't know what you are referring to, but would love to know if you could contact me directly or give a real example. I definitely do not make a habit of emailing with old due dates (what sense would that make?)

I've never had a problem with her. She's very helpful and friendly. I had questions on a couple of shops and she replied to me in a timely manner.
Every shopping experience with Judith has been great. Like every shopper with experience, I have had the full spectrum of experience when it comes to schedulers. She is a definite 10.
I am about to do my first shop with Judith in several years (no reflection on either of us for the hiatus) and am delighted to be working with her again. Communication has been swift and comprehensive.
