I just submitted the results of my first shop for Gapbuster. It was a 2 part fast food. I uploaded one receipt, but then could not find anywhere to upload the second receipt. I have done tons of these shops for another MSP that loads the receipts separately, but this is my first for GAP. Do you scan them together and load them as one receipt for this MSP?

When I was finishing up the report there was a link that said it had information about uploading receipts, but when I clicked it, it said the page did not exist. I sent an email to them, but I wanted to try to get it worked out now if I could.

I have done them for Gapbuster. I'm rather lucky in that these shops get bonused pretty heavily where I live. However, they aren't bad to do. I think that's just a glitch in their system, if I recall correctly. The receipts are there, and, if there is an issue, I have found their schedulers to be very friendly and will generally call. One important thing to note: You must complete in the time frame, exactly. No coming in a minute or two before the end time and expect to get paid. They will deny it.

I do alot of GAP in my area and have always scanned both receipts together and then upload as one submission making sure that the .jpg title includes the Job ID number.
Never been a problem with them.

That's what I did wrong, I did not scan them together. I am used to shopping those FFs with the other company that does them and I could not on GAP's site find anywhere that said how to scan them.

You have to upload both receipts at the same time.

Thank you for this thread. Doing my first GAP shop tomorrow, will have to remember scanning both receipt at the same time.

I have done probably two hundred shops for Gap. I have always uploaded both of my receipts in one scan. Actually, I photo the receipts and upload that way. I have never had a problem with the upload and they have always paid promptly. I am now at the point that toward the end of the month, I get anywhere from two to four calls a week for bonus shops that need to be completed. I got a call yesterday and scheduled five shops for double the pay.
