Feedback Plus, Sentry, how to reach someone a little sketchy?

I get offered a lot of great shops from "Feedback Plus" but via what seems like an outside scheduler. I completed a shop, but had a lot of questions about it, and the email was directed to Sentry. After they accepted the shop, I waited on payment longer than the Feedback Plus website stated, and was bounced over to Sentry's "ticket help" section which I found out later the email from that ticket goes nowhere. I ended up getting help via the original scheduler, who does not seem to have any direct connection to Feedback Plus or Sentry! So - my question is, are Feedback Plus and Sentry merged? Or in some sort of pseudo company relationship? The shops that are offered are great, but it was so sketchy, it made me nervous. I did get the whole payment eventually.... but it took longer than the stated 60 days, and it made me nervous because it was a large reimbursement amount!

Hello and welcome to the forum. Sentry bought Feedback plus and although the companies are not merged they have single ownership and there is some back and forth going on between Sentry and Feedback plus processes that I can't explain but I don't worry about it.

In the past they paid by company check but they are in the process of setting up with Bill.com. I have received a couple of payments by check from Bill.com but I understand direct deposit is available. I've logged on to Bill.com but can't figure out how to set up direct deposit so I'm no help there. It has been my experience that you will always eventually get paid by both companies.

This is probably the least helpful response you will ever get here on the forum. Continue to ask questions and someone will always try to help you (and do a better job than I have done, hopefully).

Sentry's a reputable company and have taken many assignment for them since 2013. Plus, the owner's an active poster on here, if you need to reach someone to address your concerns about the company.

That's good to know. I had done a lot of shops with Feedback Plus back in the day, so then when I went back to do some shops for them and it re-directed me to Sentry it freaked me out a little bit.

Can you tell me who you are referring to? I also did my highest-dollar shop for Feedback Plus on May 24 with no payment in sight. I, too, was told by the scheduler to submit a ticket at Sentry Support, but I have not heard anything. I am not sure what to make of the comment farther up this thread that says those tickets "go nowhere."
I recently submitted a ticket on a shop not paid in sequence and it was addressed immediately. I received payment on the skipped shop in a few days. I know others have said they had different experiences, but my experience was excellent. The May 24 shop does not seem late to me but I do agree it should come up shortly for payment if it had 60 day terms from acceptance.

How long do shops take to be processed and "accepted?" Going by just the shop date, 60 days was July 23 so we are eight days past that right now. IMO, if the terms are so long there doesn't seem to be a good reason not to just use the shop date. For companies with a quicker turnaround it makes sense to wait until the shop has been accepted by the client because of the difficulty getting funds back.

@Sentry Marketing

The owner's name is Dave. I'd say he's a proactive owner and will even speak to you over the phone if it has to come down to it.

All my checks from Sentry Marketing's hovered around the 60 day (after shop date) mark, but a couple went past to around 70-80 days.

I responded to tbclay's ticket this morning. The ticket was assigned to me, however, I've been out of the office and didn't check tickets on Thursday and Friday evening. It's not an excuse as we owed tbclay a prompt answer and dropped the ball.

Payments for Feedback Plus are being delayed a few days due to a glitch in the payment system. We are working on it and expect to have everything back on track early next week.
