Yes. I called and got a busy signal 4 times. I have been trying to login for the past 1 1/2 hours and feel anxious to get a survey done under the deadline in 1 hour.

I am having the same problem -- I have a report due today (in 7 minutes). But I noticed they have not sent me an e-mail noting that my report is due shortly, which they typically do if my report is not submitted well before the deadline. I think there were very severe storms in Minnesota (where Bestmark is located) last nite -- wondering if their server got hit?

I just checked their Facebook page and they are without power and phone service. They say that any reports due by 10 AM Central today will now be due at 10 AM tomorrow/

Yupp I had a bunch of trouble with their website not loading and I had data to input.

Shopping til' I drop, no joke here!
