I saw a shop in my area by this company. When I tried to register as new user, it ask for a password and username (weird). I email them about registering and applying for this shop, and they email me back:

So I dont need to register? This sounded really strange considering MSC usually ask all kind of questions. I am not sure I am going to deal with them. Suggestion/comments?

I know I signed up with them about a year ago, but I don't think I've done anything for them.

They are not a provider; they are a scheduling service. They will require that you be signed up with the actual MSP before you can actually be assigned the shop in question.

They are both the MS and the scheduling service. I did a few jobs for them, they are o.k., but take a long time to pay (close to 3 mo.).

Shopping isn't for sissies....

I have been scheduled by them for a job or two, but the payment was always from the MSC, not Palm.

I just signed up with them yesterday and have my first shop tomorrow. The report seems like a no brainer. Wish me luck.

I've done three shops for Palm, and they are ok to work with and I've been paid within 30 days for my jobs.
