Anyone helpful at intellishop I can contact?

I'm looking for someone helpful I can contact regarding a rejected shop that I performed.

I have already emailed the proofreader email address with no response. I also emailed the scheduler. The scheduler has responded and said what happened is acceptable and the shop should have been accepted, but has not provided further help nor any response after I requested such help.

Okay, and for the details of what occurred. I performed an oil change shop where coupons are not allowed. Upon calling the location I learned that they are running a promotional price. This promotional price was reflected as a coupon on the invoice. I described this in detail in the report, but I think an editor just looked at the receipt and rejected it.

No. You can send emails. They will not be replied to. You can hit the contact us button on the website, but no one will reply. You can call, but you will only get voicemails and no one will ever call you back.

At least that has been my experience.

However there used to be a "shopper advocate" who came on here and vowed and declared that they reply to every email and voicemail.

Can you provide more details please? When did you send your email following up about the rejection? When did you receive a response from the scheduler? Who is the scheduler? Etc. It'd be greatful to know these details. smiling smiley

Thanks for sharing you're experience 2ndchance. It sounds like you are totally in the right in this situation. I hope some Intellishop schedulers or reps are monitoring this board and will help you out. Let's go shoppers! May the bashing begin! Where's team "Team Top Gun" you lame piles of ...... Answer to your shoppers!

I-shop schedulers and editors are far too self-important to answer lowly shoppers questions and concerns. They pay low and look down their noses. Don't work for them!
Intelli-shop has been unresponsive in my past history.

bgriffin, you have basically summarized my experience. The scheduler has somewhat replied, but has been of no help. ...and he still has not replied to my latest email. Do you still shop for them? I'm considering following bestofbothworlds suggestion, but I will give them one second chance. I drive so much, it would be hard to skip those oil change shops.

Tarantado, I don't see how answering your questions will help. However, I will answer them to satisfy curiosity.
The scheduler is Michael. He will be receiving a phone call from me tomorrow. I'll post the results of that call here.

There are (or at least were) two I-shop staff members on this Forum. Use the search feature, then select search authors, begin typing Intelli... and they'll pop up. Try PM'ing them.

It's only been 2 business days since the last reply. With that being said, is there any sign that something's in the works to change turn the decision around? Still sounds like you're getting feedback from them. From there, just continue to make the effort of sending an email per day starting tomorrow. I'm with you though that decisions like this should be turned around ASAP.

My experience has been the complete opposite with the handful of IntelliShop schedulers I worked with, unlike everyone who keeps shitting on the company. This includes Team Top Gun. Sounds like Michael Rody, correct?

Thanks, elcarev86. I typed as you said and and auto-complete came up with two names; Sara and Shannon. Neither search returned any results, but I shot off a PM anyways.
Edit: I received an error message when I tried to send the PM. "The user you want to send a message to could not be found. Please check the name and try again."

Tarantado,
No signs that they are going to change their decision. Yes, Michael Rody is the scheduler. His first response asked me if they applied the coupon and his second email said that this scenario is acceptable. My last email requested that he contact an editor to fix the problem.

I suspect that they already had the location re-shopped and a more competent editor accepted that report. I don't see this location listed on the job board and it's nearing the end of the month.

I see! Well, I'd continue bumping your request via email to keep that email trail. I'd try continuing to contact him for the next couple days before forwarding the issue to someone else. One email per business day has worked for me in mystery shopping, but also for my primary career. Good luck and keep us updated on this! I personally never worked with Michael, but have worked with the other IntelliShop schedulers.

Finally, success!
As a result, I received an 8/10 for "having to contact me for more information."

Reply stated that he was able to change the shop to a completed status

As of today the status was changed to received, meaning it was actually accepted.

What the hell is Team Top Gun? To be more current, shouldn't there be a Team Mission Impossible Rogue Nation?

ETA: I agree with you. I have not had any issues with IntelliShop, their schedulers or their editors.

Michael Rody is a good guy, although possibly a tad overworked. He's always responded to me in two days or less when I've needed something.

I saved an email in my sent folder for just such an occasion. The date is May 15 and regarded a shop due June 30. I'm patiently awaiting a response.

Par for the course. But the shopper advocate would tell you it was replied to within 24 hours because they're REQUIRED TO!

I'm assuming some disruption in the space time continuum. It is the only logical explanation unless the shopper advocate meant to type 2400 hours. In that case I am expecting a response on August 23.

I'm really thankful that I've never had any serious issues with IS, but I haven't worked for them in a while. The scheduled I worked with back then was Shannon Scarberry and she was always on the ball and respectful.

I do a lot of shops for Intellishop, Michael in particular, and have never had a problem. Hopefully, this was just a glitch, as he always gets right back with me, well, they all have been great. I'm really sorry to hear you had a problem with them sad smiley
