What's Up With Kinesis?

I keep getting payment notifications for 2 shops I performed in June but they are coming to an old email address and I cannot get the payments to post to my Paypal account. Yes, the new address is my primary with Kinesis and Paypal and they are both confirmed with the new address. Paypal has no record of any payment attempts to my account. Kinesis is ignoring me though I've sent several emails. I'm still getting notifications to the old address since 7/28/15! Who else can I contact? I just want to get paid.

Update: I finally contacted the payer at Kinesis today and she claimed she has sent the payments to my new email. But I have not received notification from Paypal that payments have posted. What is going on? Anyone?
Keep both new and old email in your PayPal account, and for payments either one could work. If they sent to the new email address check all versions of that address in case there is a typo or omission. If you have no other solution then open a case with PayPal to trace the payments.
... and check PayPal to see if they have it. Lately, I have not been receiving all of my notifications from PayPal so I tend to go in and look manually to see if I have monies there.
Turned out to be their fault. they entered my paypal email incorrectly when issuing the payment. Didn't even apologize after making me feel like I was the one with the problem
Apologies don't come easily for some folks. You got paid, so no harm, no foul. Humans make mistakes!
Sure, an apology and no money is worse than money and no apology. And if she had to choose between those two, OP would probably take the cash. But this is a terrible argument. Literally: it's an invalid argument form called the false dilemma and it's a logical fallacy: forcing a choice between two alternatives when there is at least one more option. Like say, what the OP wanted in the first place: her money and an apology.

OK, sorry, it must be getting late because CaliGirl's getting snotty. Good night everyone!
