Also Albatross has work there.

Albatross is probably a better place to start out for a newbie as well. The Coyle shops are pretty intense.

What kind of shops are you looking for, and how comfortable are you with writing long narratives, Jackie99?

Isn't Singapore also where GAPbuster is based?

They may have an office there, but are headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.

They would probably be a good call to sign up with, however.

I found a lot of potential leads by searching Google for "mystery shopping in Singapore". Be careful. I am sure that there are scams there, just as there as scams in the US. BTW, Coyle popped up first.
