Even though I no longer schedule for GfK, I feel the need to point out that this is not the schedulers faults. Upper management is to blame for this and the fact that they have no respect for the people who basically print their money; the shoppers. They have no respect for their independent schedulers either, as most schedulers have not even been paid for June yet (Still not late of course, but they paid May invoices on July 8th). Donna Goodwin would have never allowed this to happen; when she was handling the shopping side, everything was paid on time and there was never these complications.
I think maybe the contractors that have been mistreated by GfK seriously need to consider filing a "Code of Ethics" violation with the MSPA, as they are not paying shoppers/auditors as outlined in the ICA. This is unacceptable, as they are breaching the very agreement that they have drawn up and expect contractors to follow.
