GFK [client deleted] audits

Is anyone else having issues getting email responses for the end of month bonus [deleted] shops? It seems everytime I get an email about an emergency shop and only having 2 days to complete, I email stating I'll perform for the bonus offered within 30 min to an hour of original email and no one responds. Then, in a few hours I'll get another email with the same shop from an even higher staff member in company. I'll respond and nothing. I feel these may get filled faster of emails were checked but now I'm thinking maybe it's me. I always get 9 or 10 on these audits so hopefully its not me.

It's not you; they are in panic mode the last week of the month. Try e-mailing Donna Goodwin and Christy Ensley. The e-mails are first.last@gfkmysteryshops.com. Send your message to both in the morning - Christy does not work full-time. Happy Auditing!
Thank you, those are the exact two I keep emailing along with two others since last Friday. It's strange bc I keep getting emails from them but nothing back sad smiley I thought being in such a panic to get these done that they would keep tabs of emails and want me to work, I guess I'll move on and find something else for the next couple of days. It sucks bc I love traveling and doing these shops.

My experience in emailing those 2 along with someone named Carlos, etc. has been TERRIBLE. I've sent emails to a lot of higher-ups at GFK regarding frustrations I've encountered as well as some specific information and clarification I need about assignments that are upcoming for me (and have tried to contact the scheduler(s) and I've received....nothing, nada, zilch back. GFK is tone-deaf about their ongoing issues and seemingly doesn't care about their biz going into the crapper. And...seemingly not interested in us (the boots on the ground).
you can email donna all you want but she isnt going to respond. she dont do mystery shopping stuff for them anymore and hasnt for awhile

I e-mailed Christy and didn't get a response. The other two emails I have are for Carlos and Diana. My interactions with Carlos is he prefers e-mail over phone/texts but my interactions with him have been positive.

I think Christy is in charge of the audit program as I go through my emails. I notice I emailed a few times with one response about getting back with me...and never getting back with me.
This project which seemed to be important and is now near the end I would have been able to do most anytime from the first of this month. It really doesn't require much of anybody..even if part time to at least send back an email. Maybe the problem is with the client not giving GFK the information they need? Still, even if GFK didn't have the information they could have emailed an update stating the project will still happen and I'm on some kind of list.
