where it says become a shopper. It is listed twice on 1st page. mystery shopping is about being observant.
Aber, their site has a link, "Become a Shopper". Look at the top of the page.

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.
@MSNinja @MDavisnowell I am on my phone and do not see anything. Is it only on the desktop view of the site?...
It wouldn't surprise me whatsoever Maritz isn't adaptable to the cell phone....they probably won't realize you can surf the web on your cell for another decade.
I see it on my I phone. Log in to Maritzcx, look under the wide blue band at the top. It says home - about us - become a shopper - etc. I'm using Safari on the phone.

If you go to Martizcx.com, you won't see it. Go to Maritzmysteryshopping.com and you'll see "Become a Shopper" in the left sidebar.

Sounds like Aber was probably looking at the mobile site, not the desktop site you described. Mystery Shopping can also be about considering that everyone's experience isn't your experience and just answering the question that was asked instead of being a jerk and inserting your own opinions. Which is what I'm going to try to do. Starting now....

@Alisonj3 thank you!!! I followed the link that this site gave me. I don't like googling or using different web addresses than what I see on here because I have heard there are so many scams out there, I want to make sure I give my information to a legitimate company. That site lets me sign up though, so I will use that one. Thank you!! (They should update that site address on this forum).

Aber, you have a great attitude, and good luck with Maritz. I love working their assignments.
I had to go to a teller at my bank the other day. Today I received an email asking me to fill out a survey and rate the visit. They said it would take 6 minutes. Maritz was listed as the company performing the survey. I am not signed up with them but decided not to do the "free" survey just in case I ever do work for them. Paying it forward. But gosh, couldn't they have at least offered .001% interest on my checking account for filling out the survey for them.

I just found out first hand about this sort of thing. In 20 years prior of mystery shopping, I have never cancelled jobs from a MSC before, but I just did from Maritz. The people are indeed nice, but technologically, they are far behind the times. Print everything out? Really? (That costs an awful lot to do in the long term!)

I have a government survey job and they're filling everything out on iPads. Did anyone hear about those?

That was one problem...another is that they seem to think it's a good idea to dress auditors in "business casual" to do outdoor audits in the summertime. Eh??? I think they used to do that in the 1950s, too!
Yah, but I feel bad because I told them carrier pigeons have been extinct for a while so they should remove it as an acceptable means to transmit shop information. According to the telegram I got the person on the other line was quite sad as was her ridin' horse.
