Can anyone help with this Monterey report?

Under the section that says "Followup", the directions are clear: answer these questions NO and submit your report. So I answer the questions all with "No", hit submit, and they come up as the equivalents of "Ooops" -- red boxes around them, demanding the first and last name of who contacted me, etc., even though the questions are answered "No". I have e-mailed scheduler at MMS, and called and left a voice mail. And since
I did the shop at 4 this afternoon, I have received a "late report" e-mail already, although I've been trying for over an hour to submit this shop.

Anybody have any helpful hints, work-arounds, or advice? Pretty desperate here -- a good bonus, plus a 200 mile round trip. Thanks.

Oh, and of course, it's my first shop EVER for Monterey, which is always cause for additional stress!

Could the first and last name be something like, "No Contact"? I would put in meaningful words, no jibberish, just to get the form to submit, then email to let msc know what you did. Sounds like a form glitch.
Hi I have only done a couple of shops for them, but it's like the other said. Just put something like
"No, blah blah." short and sweet. It's the stupid software, I hate it. Also, they fish and invite most of the time. I just look every once in a while, giving towns I will work in, They email me, in spite of the message on the website of not qualifying for anything in my area. They do pay well. Nice people. Hard to get assignments.
Oh, I had already tried the "N/A" option. But the suggestion to type nonsense in worked! Thanks so much! Since my strokes last summer, it's really hard to think. I appreciate the help, and it went right through, thanks a bunch, guys & dolls!
FYI: I talked with Monterey this morning, and they said to type in those boxes: "I have not yet been contacted". I told them it's not in the guidelines. Perhaps the guidelines will be altered to reflect that info for other newbies.
Monterey is a good company, they often have decent pay and bonuses, but yes they can get confusing. They really just want you to skip the follow up section of the review and email the followup information. If the software is giving you oops errors just put something like, "will be updated after xx hours, it also tells you answer no to that section. And other companies make sure it has to be at least xx hours, or it can get errors too. Sometimes the ad is confusing as well. For instance, I wanted to do a new car shop that said must be done on 11/1, and the guidelines said may not do on these dates, and 11/1 was one of them. In this case, I emailed them, as car dealerships aren't even open on Sundays in our state. Sometimes stuff happens, just call or email to let them know. Note: Monterrey has always been quick payment too.
N/A or not received usually works. I love Monterey and do quite a bit of work for them.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
