CLTC - aka Consultants for Long Term Care Feedback?

This company is soliciting shoppers around the country for healthcare shops through CTCSS. In 2011 and today a job post on the forum is for this company by CTCSS. However there is no discussion about them.

Anyone work for them? What are your experiences?

Thanks.

I googled them and they appear to be a training service and materials supplier for long term care facilities to make certain they are in compliance with regulations. While they offer mystery shopping, they have no place I can find on their website to register, so I suspect they use Coast to Coast Scheduling to find shoppers on an 'as needed' basis.
The email I received lists a website to apply. So I did because they have shops in my area. I'm hoping to see what fellow shoppers know about them.

I did a shop for them They pay a decent comp and are nice to work for but they do not have many shops in my area. They do require detail about your tour of the facility. In my case, the facility was for the 3 levels of seniors - those who needed no assistance, those who needed some assistance and those who suffered from dementia/alzheimers. And there were no problems with getting paid. And, yes, CTCSS does send the initial emails.
I did a round of shops for them two years ago. Great to work with and paid on time.

I did a round of shops for them on assisted living facilities earlier in the year Narratives a re a bit long, but the fee is decent. The woman I worked with is very nice. Sometimes she wrote back for clarification, but there were no threats of no pay.
She has called me back to do additional shops.
