360 formerly ritter

beware of this company they schedule shops in your folder and when you complete them they state that the pictures required are not genuine and then they dismiss you and do not pay you for the shop completed They look for reason to do this after repeated discussions with personnel there I told them to take their company and shove it. BEWARE OF THEM.

Not true for me. I have done 18 shops for them since August, all required photos. Every single one of my photos were accepted and I just got a nice fat deposit in my account yesterday. They are my new favorite for now!
I agree, arkndove. I've worked with them for years and have never had any problem. The schedulers I've worked with (Rebecca Reiter and Stephanie Light) are kind, professional and communicative. They always pay on time and I never have to chase payments or bonuses. Alta360 is one of my top-ten favorite companies.

I've had nothing but good experiences with them also. One of the locations was next to impossible to get the photos they wanted with all of the subject matter in the frames while remaining covert. I did the best I could and they accepted my photos and report with no questions.

So you didn't say in your post, DID you submit your own, original photos?

There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.
Never had a problem with them. But all of mine have been revealed audits for different places so you could take all the pictures you wanted.
Meh. Ritter is a great company and Rebecca, Susan, Anna, and Matt are all fantastic to work with. Can't imagine there is any truth to this post. Unless the photos were fake. Which would be my guess.

Right. I like how the thread starter doesn't mention that the pictures actually belong to the poster, or why the company thinks they aren't genuine.

With Google Earth Street View, it's possible to screenshot a required shop photo and turn it in with a report. The editors at most MSCs are very aware of this, and frequently do a Google Image search to check for fake on-site photos. I wonder if that's the case here....
Either that or they reused photos from an old shop would be my guess.

Another hit and run troll, I'm sure. We'll never hear from this one again.

Nope most likely not gonna hear from troll again. Done tons of shops with Ritter Associates and 2 since the name change. Oh guess what most of all of them had pictures and they all went through without problems. I worked with Rebecca, Dan, Stephanie, Matt, and Susan. All were friendly and professional.

And to the OP/ Troll One day I will drive across your bridge and confront you.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
They're probably one of the MOST respectable MSC's out there. The fact that you can actually call an editor on the phone is pretty unique.

Don't you just love the one hit wonders? Funny how their forum names are usually written in ALL CAPS too.

I have worked for Ritter for 5 years. I have not done any Alta 360 shops though from their new name. I can imagine everything is much the same. I know they direct deposit into my bank smiling smiley
i stated what happenned with them at ritter and what they did with me. and as for the moron that stated troll our paths will cross and i hope it does. if you take a picture of a location such as a library it will probably match google if the location at the site is the same. As for the way 360 and the way they did me there have been other people to tell me about them and i was warned about them before ever signing up with them. They do pay regularly and the shops are relatively easy but beware at some point they will do you the way they did me. you can do what you want but remember when it happens and it will i told you so and warned you so.
I have never had a problem with them. Rebecca Reiter is a gem!

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
I conduct work for this company on a monthly basis. I've never had one issue with them. Great, respectable, honest company.
Why did you start the same exact thread in the General Chat area? You already have this thread in the Mystery Shopping Company area. How long have you been a shopper?
It's good to see that someone is "doing you."

I think Ritter-360 is a great company. There seems to be nothing to be "warned" about. Their pay is lower on some things but I was able to "bump up the bonus" and got it. Stick with them and you will eventually be one happy camper smiling smiley
@ SunnyDays2, if you were the owner or an employee with Alta360, would you want to work with someone who bashes your company on a public forum?

Beware of people who can't write a coherent sentence, or capitalize it, or punctuate it. Geez.

Beware of run-on sentences and lack of punctuation too!
Could you imagine the hack job that google street view image went through to get the building photo, pump photo, canopy photo, and worst of all- restroom!?

The restroom was "out of order"

I think Sinclair has Photo DNA (I hope I have the name right) where they can tell when/if you took the photo or if you sucked it off the internet. I know they mentioned people were taking "trash can photos" off the internet and submitting them for their dining room pics on the reports. tongue sticking out smiley

I think there are also some MSC's that have some kind of program to see if you are sending old pics or pics you got from some other source. My photos say the exact time and date taken, along with the photo number..I just don't see how people can fake pics but I guess you will have some out there that do that. And in the end, it hurts the honest shoppers. .
I just could never do something like that (using old or other people's photos). I liked Ritter. I did some shops for them last year when they paid a whole lot better than they do today. I'd love to do more but shops I was paid $35 for last year are now starting at $7 and that's a no-go. I've watched those shops be bonused/increased regularly, but shoppers grab them before they hit $20 (and usually by the mid-teens) so I've passed.
