Reality Based Group Problem

I signed up with Reality Based group a couple months ago. When I first signed up I checked the box that deferred giving them my social security number. When I saw they had shops I was interested in , I entered the number. For about a month now it says my SS number is "pending " until they can verify it and will not pay me for any jobs I have completed! I have emailed them several times with no response. Anyone else ever have this happen?

If email is not getting any response, you can always call them.

All MSC's will answer the phone number they post on the website for customers. You will likely be talking to the owner of the MSC or someone higher up that can direct you to the person who takes care of confirming the SSN's.

Thank you!1 I finally talked with someone They told me to re enter my number . I did it and my account changed to verified!! To think I waited this long for something so simple. Thank you!!
