amusement advantage

I am doing a shop for amusement advantage for the first time. Any advice from seasoned shoppers. I am an experienced shopper but there seems to be so much more to remember with this company, It's probably just because I haven't done one with them before and my husband had to take a last minute trip and won't be able to help me.

What kind of shop are you doing for them? I just completed my 2nd museum shop for them.i take a small notebook to jot down names, interactions with the employees, the meal, etc. I find a place to sit for a few minutes to jot down brief notes to help me remember for my narratives. I like their reports because they have a separate section for all no responses. You do not need to repeat in the narrative the narratives do not need to be long if you give good details. It just depends on what section you are writing on. For example, you may go into detail about your dining experience & meal. But may not need a lot of narrative to tell about parking.
If you can, have a friend go with you to help with some of the observations. If do alone, just take your time & do at your own pace. Some things really do not take that long while others will need more time. But most,y you can spend as much or as little time as you wa t as Lind as you complete all required observations.

thank you, it is a museum shop. I think I'm just nervous because it's my first one with them and it's a place I'm unfamiliar with and I tend to be a perfectionist. I spoke with the scheduler which was a pleasant change from any other MSC I've worked with. She definitely made it seem not so scary

They are very long, so block out a lot of time.

I've never done a museum with them, but for the types of shops I've done: Bring a cheat sheet of some sort to remind you of who you need to interact with. I like to type this up as a draft email in my phone. Then I can fill in the name and brief description next to it.

I like iPhone notes too because you don't have to worry about having a connection or a signal to get your email open. Just type it in the notes app (which just needs the phone to be charged since it's an offline app), then you can email it to yourself after you're done for a back up copy of it. You can also copy and paste chunks of it pretty easily once you get used to the interface. So I put something like:
Museum Entrance Cashier Name:
Gender:
Hair color:
Hair length:
Height:
Age:
Other characteristics?
Initial Greeting:

Snack Bar Cashier:
Gender:
etc.
Just copy and paste the description prompts from above for each interaction you have you make.
This helps me remember who I still need to interact with as I look for sections that haven't been filled out, and you can always add specific items before you go that you want to be on the lookout for, or add additional text while you're on site if you want to note something unusual or something that will jog your memory later.

Shopper in California's Bay Area

I have done several for them. I use my phone for notes and I even sometimes take pictures if I think I might need to remember something. I have to be sneaky though if I'm taking pictures. They pay fairly quickly if you elect to take payment in PayQuicker but-PayQuicker will charge a fee for payment through them. I only do shops for them that I know I will like just in case I miss something and don't get paid. That hasn't happened yet!
