Contacting Cirrus for payment

I did an apartment shop for Cirrus in August and 2 in September. I know that they aren't exactly prompt with payment, but at what point do I start trying to contact them? Anybody have a good contact phone number or email address or is it best to just go through the scheduler I worked with?

They pay at the end of the third month for any shop you do. Payment should come on the last day OR the first day (business day, of course) of the month. Your August shop should be paid, therefore, at the end of November or the first of December.
Okay thanks, that's good to know. I thought that they are one of the ones that have to be nagged for payment. That's why I was okay with doing apartment shops for them - nothing out of pocket.
You know you are required to invoice them on the last day of the month you did the Shop? They are the only MSC that I know of with this requirement and, they are one of the slower ones to pay. I'm sure you will eceive payment
There are a few other MSCs that require invoices, including one banking outfit that is pretty highly regarded on the forum. I think it should be an unnecessary process, but it is what it is. The worst part of Cirrus is the 90 day turnaround. They really are the slowest to pay, but if that doesn't bother you, they are pretty good to work for.
I still have not been paid for shops in July and August (and September/October). I've submitted the invoices each month, and have had no response. What's up here? Is this a scam???
No. August payments are just going out and should be received by December 1. You should have July payments already. If not, give them a call. Their toll free number is on their website.
Well, today is December 1st. I checked my paypal account. Cirrus has NOT initiated payment for shops completed in August. Has anyone else been paid for August yet???
There is a really nice lady in charge of paying the Bills. Send her an email and, She will get back to you. But know this...No one in this business appears to be in any hurry to pay us! Pay attention to the Pay Policy in there FAQ section.

I've had enough of them. I don't mind waiting to get paid, but I don't like having to email them a few times to get my money. I had to wait a year once for a payment. I deactivated with them last week.
I am also waiting for an August payment, but was given this schedule long ago:

Cirrus Marketing Intelligence pays via PayPal. See below for the approximate date, according to the month you shopped:

January paid mid-May
February paid mid-June
March paid mid-July
April paid mid-August
May paid mid-September
June paid mid-October
July paid mid-November
August paid mid-December
September paid mid-January
October paid mid-February
November paid mid-March
December paid mid-April
August payments are out. I would just give them a quick call and it should be handled quickly, as long as you've submitted your invoice.
OK, this might be a stupid question, but here goes.... I don't shop for Cirrus, so I have no idea about what type of shops they have or what they pay. But, assuming its shops are "typical" for the industry, why would anyone shop for this firm and wait that long for payment? If they pay three times what other MSCs pay for the same amount of work and same type of shop, I'd shop for them--figuring the three-times pay is worth waiting three times as long for! But, in lieu of that, what's the attraction or incentive for shopping for Cirrus?

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
If it helps at all I can without doubt tell you, you will be paid. Hopefully that helps a lil.
I don't mind the 90 days. What I do mind is having to remind them to do what they said they'd do. I've sent 4 reminders and they don't even respond. I'll call next week now.
I got an e-mail that said August shops would be paid the end of November. I guess that was a lie.
What is the number you called and got ahold of someone? This was my first time shopping for them, but I will not do it again. I have left two voicemails and sent multiple emails. Does anyone know the best email and number to use?
It's on their website. The one I use is on the FAQs page. It's not hidden -- it's right there near the top on the left hand side, if I recall correctly.

I would like to hear the answer to this too. What makes them so attractive that you're willing to wait 90,120,180 days for payment. Do they pay in Gold?
If you know what to expect, it's no big deal. Their scheduler for the shops I do is one of the most available schedulers I've found out there. I've always had a response from her, regardless of how many questions or issues I've had. I like the shops, which are straightforward and with clear guidelines. The pay for my area is good from my perspective. I just don't have an issue with it because they do pay. Yes, they can be late, but a lot of MSCs pay late, but I have a system in place now that works well for me, and it's no big deal for me to give them a quick call, if necessary. The employees have always been nice to me. I know the schedule and what the system is now, so it's just not a big deal.
It took 5 e-mails and a phone call but I finally got paid for August today. I don't mind the 90 days. What I do mind is a lack of response to my e-mails and them evidently losing the invoice. Needless to say, I won't be working for them in the future.
